290 grams Plain flour Or gluten free plain flour
1/2 level teaspoon salt
1 level teaspoon baking powder
1cup avocados peeled and stoned (2-3 avo’s)
150 grams raw sugar
50 grams brown sugar or rapadura
2 Eggs or 1/2 cup Egg substitute equivalent
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
170 grams choc buttons
Preheat oven to 180 c degrees.
Line baking trays with baking paper.
Place plain flour, baking powder and salt in the Thermomix bowl
and mix together 5 sec on sp4 and set aside.
Cream avocado, raw sugar and brown sugar in bowl for 60 sec on sp5 .
Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix till smooth 10 sec sp4.
Add flour mixture and mix till combined 20sec speed 5.
Add chocolate buttons and combine on Reverse for 10 sec on sp 5.
Scoop out heaped teaspoons of mixture including at least 1 choc button in each scoop and drop on lined baking tray.
Bake for 10 mins until light brown .
Let cool on trays for 3 mins then move to cooling rack.
